Fuel - These days this can be a fairly expensive addition to any flight.
Depending on the airport you are heading too there may be a waiting fee or parking fee if you have to leave the plane overnight.
You also have to figure in the costs of food, drinks, and a flight attendant or co pilot if one is necessary. Still, even with all of these expenses between the wasted times sitting waiting for flights, delays due to equipment, having to spend extra nights on either side because of black out dates or added days in order to get a less expensive flight package.
